Mercyseat started as a strong incubation in the heart of the set man. It was birthed as a family church with a strong mandate of “raising excellent standards, and fulfilling dreams…”.
Our Story
MercySeat Tabernacle (also known as The Champions Church) was founded on the 12th of February 2006.
Mercyseat is a ministry committed to securing the future of our generation in the face of doubts, fears, impossibilities and hardship. We have been sent forth to replicate and set God’s excellence standard here on earth through the application of scriptural principles and knowledge. As a ministry, we are constantly evolving; like the children of issachar who understood the temper of times therefore, their bredthren were at their command!
Our teachings are targetted to renew the mind from where the issues of life flows in other to correctly position ourselves for a greater tomorrow through positive character developments and attributes. We prepare this generation for the future!. We believe in the transformational power of the Word of God, Christ’s finished work on the cross and the Holy Spirit. Our anchor is on God’s message of mercy and grace.

The Church
MST was birthed through the revelational knowledge of our Senior Pastor Prince Chinedu in 2006, and since then the ministry is known for teaching the word of God and impacting the spirit of service. The ministry has and is still gracefully raising disciples who are making impacts in their God-given field. In MERCYSEAT we discovered that “dwelling too much on the past can cripple destiny”; this necessitated the creation of platforms for people to become better in their world. As a church, we continue to celebrate leaps, bounces, successes, and fulfillment of people; getting the best out of life and becoming who God has destined us to be!
